We presently supports HTML & WordPress websites. We ensure that the above predesigned packages (Lite and Pro) are relevant to non-eCommerce WordPress websites only (non-eCommerce means you are not selling anything on your website).

I HAVE AN ECOMMERCE WEBSITE. CAN YOU ASSIST IN MAINTAINENACE?

Yes, we can. An eCommerce websites are different from other websites and their needs vary. To get this done, please forward us information about your website so that we can provide you with a customised quote (it’s non-obligatory).

WHAT IS COVERED WITH OUR WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PLANS?

We cover all possible changes you will require help with, such as pages and post enhancement, photo galleries, blogs and many more. We offer everything from simple text updates to more advanced image and product management.

CAN YOU HELP ME TO WRITE MY WEBSITE CONTENT?

Yes, we do have copywriter, the rate will depend on the amount and complexity of contents.

HOW MANY CONTENT UPDATE REQUESTS CAN I SEND EACH MONTH?

You may refer to our pricing plan for details.
Each update include multiple content (eg. images, files upload & text).

- LITE Plan, 2 updates per month - 2 batches in zip
- PRO Plan, 4 updates per month - 4 batches in zip

HOW DO I SUBMIT AN UPDATE REQUEST TO BEST WEBSITE MAINTENANCE?

You can either email to us at desk@bestwebsitemaintenance.com.sg or upload via www.wetransfer.com if the file size is big.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE CHANGES?

It depends on the amount and complexity of change requests. Upon receiving the change submission, usually all changes are completed within 48 business hours. Provided all required information has been duly provided by the requestor.

WHAT IF THE WEBSITE REQUIRES MODERATE PROGRAMMING CHANGES?

We will give a quote based on the customised changes required & start upon approval. All changes will be handled as a separate project.. .

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR WEB MAINTENANCE SERVICE?

There are 2 ways to sign up our web maintenance service.

Payment by Paypal

1. Select a plan (monthly or yearly) and click the "Sign Up" button.
2. You will be directed to PayPal payment page.
3. We will contact for website details.

Manual Invoice (per month/year)

1. Go to contact, fill up the form indicating the plan you want to sign up.
2. We will send you invoice for payment.

IS IT COMPULSORY FOR ME TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SIGN UP?

It's optional, you can choose to make payment thru:

DO YOU HAVE ANY CONTRACTS OR CANCELLATION FEES?

No, our website maintenance plan is a pay-as-you-go service, there is no contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. If you cancel, your billing will be stopped from next billing cycle.
