No, our website maintenance plan is a pay-as-you-go service, there is no contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at anytime. If you cancel, your billing will be stopped from next billing cycle.
You may refer to our pricing plan for details. Each update includes various content elements such as images, file uploads, and text revisions within existing pages. Please note that making significant alterations to the website's framework structure are not part of the service.

    - LITE Plan, 1 update per month - 1 batch in zip
    (Update multiple web pages by revising text and images within existing pages of the website.)
    - PRO Plan, 2 updates per month - 2 batches in zip
    (Perform updates on several web pages, involving modifications to text and images within the existing pages of the website.)
We will have a common workplace for you to submit your request. Alternatively, you may email to us at wesupport@symm.com.sg or upload www.wesendit.com if the file size is big.
It depends on the work and change requests. Changes are usually completed within 48 business hours of receiving them, provided all required information has been duly provided by the requestor.
We will provide a quote based on the customized changes that are required and will begin work upon approval. Every change will be treated as a separate project.
